The Duchenne Life is a weekly family-friendly event considering important topics specific to Duchenne. You’ll get to know two amazing adults with Duchenne – DJ Kimble and Ryan Russell – and chat with them about important Duchenne topics. Everyone is welcome.
About Our Hosts
DJ Kimble is 41 years old with Duchenne. DJ is the PAAC Secretary for Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, has tons of insightful life experience and communicates with Eye Gaze Technology. He also has a very quick sense of humor.
Ryan Russell is 39 years old, also with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and a fantastic sense of humor. Ryan has a PhD in Psychology and is a Life Coach. Unfortunately, both his parents have passed away. The last thing his mother told him was, “Now it’s your time to do all the things you want to do.”
Both Ryan and DJ are contributing writers for Family, Friends and Duchenne.
